Quite a number of companies have come into existence so that unless you are a company that knows the secrets of standing tall in the market, you may simply fall. You are better placed as a company if you can set right your principles and work towards your goals so that you can be assured of remaining in the market. The services that you offer to a customer and the products that you produce have to convince that them that they have to stay with you and not any other company. The quality of services and products that is good will automatically bring back the customers. Moreover, as a company, you should put into consideration customer complaints because on your own, you may not see the faults that exist in a company unless the customer points them out for you to see. Appreciate any complaints from a customer and make changes where possible rather than ignore and lose both a customer and remain with a fault that needs to be changed to improve the status of your company. |

Tadaima that's what Maya said when she arrived only to be answered by Yuki with Okaeri. I was at a loss, did someone move our house to another dimension where English is no longer the native tongue? Michelle who noticed the look on my face (which must have been a combination of confusion, irritation, and sarcasm) laughed and said that Maya and Yuki have been obsessed with Japanese movies and dramas. Apparently in Japan when the person who just arrived home would say Tadaima (meaning I'm home) and those in the house would say Okaeri (welcome home). Great why not just say hi or smile or better yet grunt. Michelle was working on placing several ads for jobs in burton on trent area on several job sites online when Maya came in and just as like that her focus shifted from work to gossiping. After giving me a crash course on Nihongo she went ahead and turned her attention to the wanna-be Japanese duo and started asking questions about the latest Japanese movie out there. |

There are so many different jobs that anyone can do but then the problem comes when applying and you are told that you should have an experience of like five years or more. This really disappoints someone cause where do they expect one to get the experience from if they do not employ us? We need to be in those companies so that we can gain the experience they want us to have. When they say that they need people with experience they definitely want the old people who have been working and so the young generation will not get a job to do. If it happens you are just fresh from college, then finding a job for you its hard. The only available jobs are like the sales jobs in tamworth in which they just employ anyone that has finished college. They give these jobs to the students cause they believe it is tiresome and not so much is paid to them. They are paid on commission and so if it happens you have not sold anything that day , then it will be bad for you. |

So let me just break it to you as gently as I could. Mona, I want to thank you for making me very happy for the past two years. I hope that I made you happy, too. But things between us are no longer the same as they used to be. I am not sure about you, but as far as I am really concerned, I have definitely changed. My plans have also changed, you know. Although nothing is definite yet, I know what I want to happen to my life in the next few years. You told me several times that you want to settle down in the near future. But I'm afraid that I'm not yet ready. We both work for the same outsource call center so you must know just how much we make in a month. We can't even afford a small house of our own. Michael sent me a text message last night asking me if I have spare money I can lend him. According to him, he and his wife resigned from their respective jobs to concentrate on their own venture. They decided to put up a small eatery. It was earning well at first, but apparently, it did not succeed. They spent all of their money for this business and now that it’s already bankrupt, they do not know where they will get the money they need for their children. Of course, as his older sister, I cannot help seeing my brother in this difficult situation. I told him that I’ll lend him some money, but he has to consider applying for benefits agency crisis loan. Even if I want to help him to the best of my ability, I cannot afford to do so for I also have my own children to provide for. I will try to scout for credible centers where he can apply for the said loan. I hope this attempt will turn out to be a positive crack. |

I was born in Tamworth, and I grew up in the same town. I attended school in tamworth up to college level. My parents had settled permanently in town, and they wanted me to be close to home all the time as long as I was not of a legal age. I did not mind it, because I attended one of the best universities in the country, Tamworth university. Besides, I had made so many friends in the town, and I was not willing to leave the town yet. During our final days in college, we were taught so much about how to get a good job after college. I remember the sessions about job tamworth university students were required to attend every Wednesday after classes. We were told of the many job centers in the country and employment agencies that were helping many graduates after college. I registered with Tamworth job center after college, and this helped me so much because I was able to get a job in the first two months after graduation. My college mates were lucky too in getting jobs. |

Becoming a producer is a position which many people want to become. Most of them have certificates and trained with mass communication. Think of a situation where there are no consumers at all and visualize how it would be like. I am sure that you will agree with me that you will not enjoy at all as a retailer or a wholesaler. The fact that many wholesalers, retailers and any other person who deals with consumers take advantage of them is good reason enough why protecting consumers is important at all times. What this means is that one should make a point of getting to know how to protect themselves from consumer predators who will not rest until they take advantage of consumers in one way or the other. There is a council in uk whose work is to ensure that consumers know their rights and what to do when they are coned by any one any time they buy something. As a consumer you should go the extra mile to know what to do in case something like this happens. Take it as your responsibility for you are the one who will feel the pinch if you are played. |

I have dreamed of having my own car ever since I was a kid, and the thing is that my father taught me how to drive a car and getting a license would not even be a problem because I got the best driving instructor, my father, to teach me all I needed to know about driving. I had gotten good at it because whenever he saw me behind the wheel he would have this proud look on his face and I would not say that was the same for my older sister. Whenever she took me somewhere, I held my breath until destination and at times I preferred waiting for my father who was the best driver. Now I was old enough to get my own car and my father was going to get me a used car. He told me that I should know my consumer rights when buying used cars because without the knowledge, the seller would take advantage of me. He said that when buying a second hand car, that I should hire a mechanic to check the status of the car so that I know what I was getting myself in to. |

When students graduate from college, they do not immediately get the job they have developed skills for at least four years. Due to this many of them end up being jobless for a few months after graduation because they just cannot settle for a job lower than their education status because if they did it would seem as a big loss because they have invested a lot to actually reach where they are. Because they have to pay their monthly bills, and also buy food, then they will need financial assistance as they try to sort out their lives, and that is why many of htem apply for unemployment benefits. When they get these benefits and adhere to all of the conditions they have been given and show proof that they are doing so, then they will start picking their unemployment benefits weekly amount. Music is a good thing for all and even the hardest of hearts can be softened by it. This is why there is music even in sad occasions like funeral which makes those in attendance and the bereaved a bit jovial and can cope with what has happened even if for a short time.
