Need to report multiple attempts at account theft

I have had major issues with someone trying to access my facebook account. I lost access the first time about 6 weeks ago and since then i think at least once a week i loose access to my account. I always report it and i always manage to get back in but sometimes only for hours at a time then im locked out again! I have tried contacting facebook but can never find a facebook help email address or a phonenumber. Everything seems to be done through their online forms which is fine but often you can be waiting days for an answer which is a bit rubbish. The main thing im worried about is never finding out who is doing this? if i knew then i could involve the police as im sure it counts as identity theft. I have never had trouble though until about 6 weeks ago and i've had the account for well over 18 months. Really not sure what to do if it carries on though, i don't think starting a new account would help.
