Problems with my daughters club penguin account

I am having a lot of trouble with setting my daughter up a club penguin account. I have been through the site and got her registered on there ok but when she tries to use the site she gets denied. The club penguin sign in page seems to work ok but then rejects the login information even though i know it is all correct as i set it up myself. I have tried doing a reset on the account but it does not seem to work. I have tried to get in touch with someone in their customer service but it is impossible! there is no phone number and email's just bounce back to me so they are not going through. I am not sure what i am going to do because my daughter loves playing on there! she will be gutted if i can not get her back on the site today. I have tried telling her to find somewhere else but all her friends use it so not sure what to do now. I may just open a new account but again not sure if this will actually work or not.
