Consumers are usually easily manipulated and deceived by manufacturers and businessmen because the latter always know that when a consumer is desperate or eager to get something, then all they need is a slight nudge so that they can end up buying products that are more than enough times, bogus and substandard. The easily deceived consumers are those who want to buy a car it would take an exceptional eye from a lot of experience to actually tell if a car is faulty or not before you buy it. These rights are there for the consumer, and it is very important for them to know what they are supposed to do when they buy a car from a private seller and it ends up being substandard. They have a right to return the car and demand for a full refund.
