Why converting word document to pdf is a good ides

There is a reason why I converted my project for my senor year at the university to the pdf format. There were some seniors who did not want to work hard enough to come out with something original and unique. One of my friends was in the final stages of concluding her project whci she had worked on for a whole year just like me. One of the seniors stole it and turned it in before her and that was the biggest mistake he ever made. Since mine was converted to pdf. There was no way anyone would have managed to write PDF. This was because it was not possible to edit any pdf article and that is what made it very safe. So when the other senior gave in work that was not his, he was in big trouble because one of the panel of lecturers who were checking out the project was the supervisor for my friend. Supervisors for senior projects have to approve of the project and they are the only ones who know what the seniors are writing about and that was how he got caught.
