Working with PDF Files and a Zip Program

There are more programs coming out to help you carry your portable documents with you. One of these programs is WinZip but you can find other versions such as winrar and even some that I can't even tell you what they are. When you're wanting to carry a PDF file or portable document format, to make it smaller you can use WinZip to zip it up in one portable file that you can carry on a jump drive. These also make it easier to e-mail specially if you have more than one document you can create a zip file with more than one document. This will keep all your documents in one folder and when you zip it then you can e-mail it and all they have to do is when they get it unzip it. how do i zip a pdf file, my computer set up with WinZip 12 professional and once I have all my files together in a folder I can right click and send to zip in the new file and it will zip all the files in one zip.
